Jory N. Kaplan, M.D., F.A.C.S., and his wife, Julie Bass Kaplan, R.N, established Disappearing Act Cosmetic Laser Center in May 1999. We were the very first cosmetic laser center in Redding. Our highly trained registered nurses/laser specialists have many years of experience and have truly made a difference for numerous happy patients in the North State.
All procedures are performed under the supervision of Dr. Jory N. Kaplan. He has worked with lasers for over 20 years in his specialty areas - ear, nose, throat and facial plastic surgery. Disappearing Act has 12 state-of-the-art lasers. Laser procedures do not take much time to perform and many patients actually have treatments during their lunch break and return to work right after their appointment!
